• Where is Phase 1 Communications located?
  

  We are located in West St. Louis County in Eureka Missouri and work with both local and national clients.

• How can I contact you about my marketing needs and to get additonal information?

  Use our online form and one of our principals will contact you right away.

• What type of businesses do you work with.  My business may be too small?

  Small and mid-sized businesses are our sweet spot and we can design a specific campaign to meet any budget.

• With so many other agencies and marketing firms out there why should I choose Phase 1 Communications for my project?

  At Phase 1 Communicatons our focus is to provide the right product for our clients.  We develop a unique solution with hands on management from our key principals for each one of clients and can scale services as needed.  As former agency leaders and client-side managers we know how marketing and advertising works so we've created a structure focused on results at a much lower price-point.

• What services do you offer?

  Our services include Branding, Consulting, Online Marketing, Web Solutions and Creative.

• I don't see a service listed that I might need.  Do you offer any other services?

  Like many other businesses we have partners who we utlize to compliment our core services.  Some of these services include video production, photography and telemarketing.

• I know I need a marketing partner.  How do you work with clients?

  If selected as your Agency, Phase 1 Communications LLC will meet with your staff and management to define full project scope, target scheduling and budget based on the scope of the project. With input, we will finalize the scope and costs and present a draft of our agency agreement for your review and approval. Agreements provide detail of all in-scope components as well as options for out-of-scope activities that may be requested throughout the contract period. Upon approval, we'll get started and manage your project from start to finish.

• What are your rates?

  We use a blended-rate structure to meet client requirements. Rates are based on the scale of project and vary for project based work vs. retainer based work.  Contact us to get detailed information for your project.

• Do you provide any type of reporting?
  

  Project updates are provided to clients on a weekly basis. In addition, monthly summary reports are provided including updates on project scheduling, budget control and forecasting.
